Job Opening: Fashion Designer – Women’s Fashion (E-Commerce)

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Fashion Designer to join our growing women’s wear e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate must be passionate about fashion, have strong design aesthetics, and be able to create collections aligned with modern trends and our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new designs and collections for women’s wear (casual, luxury pret, and festive).
• Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed technical sheets.
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments according to design themes.
• Coordinate with production team for sample development and approvals.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and align with current fashion trends.
• Work closely with marketing team for shoots, styling, and campaign concepts.
• Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce fashion dynamics and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in women’s fashion (preferably e-commerce).
• Strong sketching, illustration, and design software skills.
• Knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong sense of style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
