Fashion Designer - Mid/Junior Level

We are hiring a Designer to manage BOM preparation and flat drawings for multiple client collections and in-house production. This role supports the designing, sampling and production team by ensuring all technical information is clear, accurate, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Execution
• Create flat sketches and technical drawings based on senior designer direction
• Prepare detailed BOMs and tech packs
• Update designs after feedback
• Collaboration
• Work closely with Senior Designer to implement design concepts
• Assist in fittings and sample corrections
• Support Merchandiser by providing design details for sourcing and production
• Research & Inspiration
• Assist in trend research and fabric sourcing references
• Prepare mood boards or reference materials as required
• Documentation & Organization
• Maintain organized files for designs, tech packs, and samples
• Track revisions and changes efficiently

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai in fashion design
• Proficient in CAD/Illustrator or relevant design software
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player who can collaborate with senior designer and merchandiser
