Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and commercially aware E-commerce Fashion Designer (Shoes & Clothing) who can design footwear and apparel collections for online platforms. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international sourcing of shoes, garments, fabrics, and related materials.

The ideal candidate should understand e-commerce product requirements, supplier coordination, cost negotiation, and quality control. This role is suitable for someone who can independently manage product development from concept to final delivery.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design (preferred) OR other graduation degree with relevant experiences

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion design and international sourcing of clothing and Fashion material.

· Strong understanding of fabrics, garments, watches, and accessories.

· Knowledge of Pakistan import process is a plus.

· Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Design & Product Development:

· Design and develop footwear (casual, formal, sports, etc.) and clothing collections for e-commerce platforms

· Prepare tech packs, measurements, material specifications, and design briefs

· Research international fashion and footwear trends

· Develop private label products and assist in brand building

· Coordinate with suppliers for sampling and product modifications

International Sourcing (Preferred):

· Source shoes, clothing, fabrics, soles, accessories, and packaging materials from international suppliers

· Negotiate prices, MOQs, production timelines, and payment terms

· Manage sample approvals and bulk production follow-ups

· Maintain supplier database and costing sheets

· Evaluate supplier reliability and product quality

Quality Control & Import Coordination:

· Ensure quality standards, sizing accuracy, and packaging compliance.

· Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and courier companies.

E-commerce Coordination:

· Support product listings with material details, sizing information, and pricing inputs.

· Work with marketing and operations teams for product launches.

· Maintain documentation related to suppliers and imports.
