Fashion Designing Faculty

The Fashion Designing Faculty is responsible for delivering effective theory and practical training in fashion designing. The role includes guiding students in garment construction, pattern making, textile studies, and creative design development, while mentoring them for projects, portfolios, and industry-oriented skills. The faculty member should inspire creativity, maintain academic standards, and support student growth through hands-on learning.

• Plan and deliver theory and practical classes in fashion designing
• Teach subjects such as fashion illustration, garment construction, pattern making, textile studies, and fashion history
• Guide students in design concepts, creativity, and technical skills
• Demonstrate stitching, draping, and fabric handling techniques
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assignments
• Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical assessments
• Mentor students in portfolio development and final projects
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry practices
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in classrooms and labs
• Support institute activities such as exhibitions, fashion shows, and workshops
• Degree/Master's in Fashion Designing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and garment construction
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to inspire creativity and practical learning
• Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may also be considered)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
