Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Fashion Operations Manager to lead daily execution across manufacturing, marketing, social media, and customer operations. This role requires a highly proactive professional who can manage workflows independently, follow up across teams, and ensure tasks are completed without constant oversight from the Founder.
The ideal candidate understands the full fashion lifecycle and brings structure, speed, and accountability to a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Manufacturing
- Oversee day-to-day operations across sampling, production, quality control, and delivery
- Coordinate with factories, tailors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track production schedules, quantities, and quality standards
- Identify risks, delays, and operational gaps and resolve them proactively
Marketing & Social Media Coordination
- Manage marketing and content calendars in alignment with production readiness
- Coordinate social media execution, campaign timelines, and product launches
- Ensure collections and campaigns go live on schedule
- Align inventory availability with marketing and sales activity
AI & Digital Workflow Optimization
- Utilize AI tools to support task tracking, reporting, content planning, and follow-ups
- Assist in maintaining and improving digital systems (CRM, ERP, project management tools)
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize operational workflows
Team Execution & Accountability
- Track daily and weekly tasks across departments
- Enforce deadlines, ownership, and execution discipline
- Ensure clarity of responsibilities across teams
- Escalate only critical matters to the Founder with solutions
Customer & External Coordination
- Follow up with customers on orders, approvals, customization, and delivery timelines
- Ensure clear communication between customers, production, and marketing teams
- Maintain a professional, proactive approach to customer operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion operations
- Strong background in fashion manufacturing and production workflows
- Experience coordinating marketing and social media teams
- Working knowledge of AI tools and digital workflow systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
