Position Overview:

We are seeking a competent FRC Operator to manage and operate the Fault Reporting Centre for facility maintenance operations. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Technical Education and have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating CMMS systems. The role focuses on logging, monitoring, and coordinating maintenance faults to ensure timely resolution and smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and log all maintenance faults and requests through the CMMS system.
• Monitor and track maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritize and resolve faults efficiently.
• Update records and maintain accurate data of reported faults, actions taken, and resolution times.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management on maintenance performance and response times.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist in improving fault reporting workflows and maintenance response efficiency.
• Provide support to staff and end-users in reporting faults and using the CMMS system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Technical Education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CMMS systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management and fault reporting processes.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and coordinate effectively with teams.
• Experience in facilities management or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with KPIs and reporting metrics for maintenance and fault management.
