Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Façade Designer with strong expertise in Orgadata Logikal software to join our design and engineering team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in façade systems, curtain walls, aluminum glazing, and cladding, with the ability to convert architectural concepts into accurate and buildable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models using Orgadata Logikal and AutoCAD/Revit as required.
• Translate architectural and structural requirements into workable façade solutions while maintaining compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Prepare system details for curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, and other aluminum & façade systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Generate BOQs, cutting lists, and fabrication data through Orgadata for production and CNC machines.
• Conduct design feasibility checks, structural load assessments, and thermal/waterproofing considerations.
• Maintain and update material libraries and supplier databases in Orgadata.
• Ensure designs align with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in façade design, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
• Strong proficiency in Orgadata Logikal (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other façade design tools.
• Good understanding of façade systems: aluminum, curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP, louvers, skylights, etc.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, fire & safety regulations, and international façade standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
