Job description:

Position: Food & Beverage Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinatorwho can perform the below task

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily F&B operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling, event planning, and departmental communications.
  • Liaise between kitchen, service teams, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
  • Support the implementation of promotions, menus, and service standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for departmental meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or hotel operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS).
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
