Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls.
• Greet visitors professionally and manage meeting schedules.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and agreements for engineer supply.
• Maintain and update client and lead databases; track inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clients regarding engineer mobilization, availability, and documentation.
• Track LPOs, confirmations, and sales-related communications.
• Manage company social media accounts and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
• Update CRM records to ensure accurate logging of all client interactions.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
• Assist in scheduling client calls/meetings and preparing submission documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, front desk, or digital marketing support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
