We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented F&B Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Dreamworld Resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed event sheets, client contracts, and other essential sales materials.
- Manage phone communications, taking messages and returning client calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee all Food & Beverage function types, including but not limited to banquets, meetings, room rentals, and company-sponsored events.
- Collaborate with clients to send menus and coordinate event details with the F&B team.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to assist in daily operations and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
