F&B Cost Controller

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with a strong Food & Beverage background to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling F&B costs, inventory, and stock movement to support profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs
  • Analyze cost reports and investigate variances
  • Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports
  • Coordinate with F&B, Purchasing, and Stores teams
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and menu costing
  • Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Cost Controller (F&B / hospitality preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing and inventory control
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/inventory systems
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering operations
  • Knowledge of recipe and menu costing
