F&B Events Manager

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations, including kitchen, service, and administration.
  • Plan, organize, and manage events and large-scale functions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO food standards and/or HACCP food safety standards.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper handling and smooth operation.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high service standards and excellent customer experience.
  • Control costs and manage budgets for F&B operations and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all areas.
  • Foster a cooperative and punctual work environment among the staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing clubs of similar size, or in 4- or 5-star hotels.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to manage staff and operations effectively.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading); knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of operating modern kitchen equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale events and banquets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Cooperative, punctual, and able to work under pressure with a diverse team.
