Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations, including kitchen, service, and administration.
- Plan, organize, and manage events and large-scale functions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO food standards and/or HACCP food safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper handling and smooth operation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high service standards and excellent customer experience.
- Control costs and manage budgets for F&B operations and events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient coordination of services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all areas.
- Foster a cooperative and punctual work environment among the staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing clubs of similar size, or in 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Strong administration skills with the ability to manage staff and operations effectively.
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading); knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of operating modern kitchen equipment.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale events and banquets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Cooperative, punctual, and able to work under pressure with a diverse team.
