Minrs Gold Trading, a company specializing in gold trading, is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Organizer to plan and execute weekly business meetings in Doha, Qatar.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality professional events to strengthen relationships with our clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate weekly business meetings (approximately 4-5 events per month).
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align events with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure seamless logistics (invitations, RSVP management, post-event follow-up).
  • Maintain a professional and polished image that reflects Minrs Gold Trading’s values.

Requirements:

  • Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
