FNB Coordinator cum Events Executive

Position Title: F&B Coordinator cum Events Executive
Department: Operations / Events
Location: Doha, Qatar
Reports To: Operations Manager / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The F&B Coordinator cum Events Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, planning and executing events, and ensuring smooth communication between outlets, suppliers, and management. This role requires a results-driven professional with proven experience in the F&B sector, capable of meeting sales and event targets while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

F&B Coordination

  • Act as the central point of contact between F&B outlets, central kitchen, purchasing, and management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining cost control measures.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Compile and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external F&B events, including corporate gatherings, promotions, and special functions.
  • Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and marketing teams to ensure event success.
  • Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring profitability targets are met.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, and on-site supervision.
  • Ensure all events meet brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Sales & Targets

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive event bookings and F&B sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and event revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and catering segments.

Customer Service

  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all events and F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain brand image through quality control and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with proven event management experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting sales and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event/project management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
