Position Title: F&B Coordinator cum Events Executive

Job Summary
The F&B Coordinator cum Events Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, planning and executing events, and ensuring smooth communication between outlets, suppliers, and management. This role requires a results-driven professional with proven experience in the F&B sector, capable of meeting sales and event targets while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
F&B Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between F&B outlets, central kitchen, purchasing, and management.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining cost control measures.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compile and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute in-house and external F&B events, including corporate gatherings, promotions, and special functions.
- Coordinate with chefs, service staff, and marketing teams to ensure event success.
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Manage event logistics, vendor negotiations, and on-site supervision.
- Ensure all events meet brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Sales & Targets
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to drive event bookings and F&B sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and event revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and catering segments.
Customer Service
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all events and F&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain brand image through quality control and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with proven event management experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and event/project management tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
