Food and Beverage Manager

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at a leading hospitality venue. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end dining services, leading teams, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. This role is vital in upholding service excellence and driving operational performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and inspire the food and beverage team to maintain exceptional service delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, order management, and cleanliness of all service areas
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverage offerings in alignment with brand expectations
  • Manage departmental budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, or concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Organize and implement training programs to upskill staff in service etiquette and product knowledge
  • Ensure all operations follow safety, hygiene, and corporate compliance standards
  • Support planning and execution of events, banquets, and group functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably within luxury Hotels or upscale hospitality
  • Strong team management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid knowledge of food service procedures, inventory management, and guest satisfaction strategies
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR17,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Food and Beverage Manager (Luxury Hotels)): 8 years (Required)
