PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The F&B Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of Brooki Cookie outlets in the UAE, ensuring consistent quality, strong service standards, operational efficiency, and profitability, while supporting brand growth and expansion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management
: Own end-to-end outlet operations, ensuring consistent execution, food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency across all locations.

Financial & Commercial Management
: Drive sales, profitability, cost control, P&L performance, inventory accuracy, and waste management through strong commercial oversight.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards
: Deliver a consistently crave-worthy guest experience by upholding brand standards, resolving feedback, and executing campaigns and product launches.

Team Leadership & Training
: Build, train, and lead high-performing outlet teams through structured coaching, performance management, and culture building.

Quality, Hygiene & Compliance
: Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards through regular audits and operational controls.

Vendor & Supply Chain Management
: Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, availability, cost efficiency, and accurate stock rotation.

Reporting & Expansion Support
: Provide clear operational and financial reporting while leading readiness and execution for new outlet openings and expansion initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
EXPERIENCE

10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in retail, QSR, or multi-outlet formats.

Strong understanding of retail F&B operations, food safety regulations, and financial controls.

Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
