About the Role:

As an F&B Quality Control Specialist , you will play a key role in maintaining food safety and quality standards across our F&B operations. You’ll ensure that all food products are received, stored, handled, and transported according to established standards keeping our commitment to quality at the forefront.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of F&B warehouses and vendor facilities to ensure compliance with food safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Review product expiry dates, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement Food Safety and HACCP prerequisite documentation.
  • Create quality control procedures for food production, storage, and delivery.
  • Define cleaning and maintenance procedures for kitchen equipment and chemical usage.
  • Deliver technical training sessions to kitchen staff on food safety and quality practices.
  • Prepare corrective action reports and monitor follow-up implementation.
  • Stay informed on market trends and recommend new quality control technologies.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.

Experience: 2–4 years in F&B Operations, with at least 1 year in Quality Control or inspection.

Certifications:

  • HACCP/HABC certification (preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
