Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch service and high-quality food to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and maintain compliance with EKFC Service Standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Identify and implement solutions to enhance operations and service delivery.
  • Uphold pricing, quality, and service standards across the outlet while adhering to cost-effective practices.
  • Champion health, safety, and quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent (must have).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within the food or catering industry.
  • Experience in a 4–5-star hotel environment is essential.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, resolve customer concerns, and continuously elevate service standards.
  • Expertise in various food service styles and customer-centric approaches.
  • High-level organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork and positively manage conflicts.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
