F&B Supervisor

Job Title: F&B Supervisor – Luxury 5-Star Resort

Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury 5-star resort team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest service standards, and supporting daily F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of restaurants, bars, and in-room dining services
• Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and performance in line with brand standards
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Support inventory control, stock management, and cost efficiency
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort
• Proven supervisory or team-leading experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
