Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase & Inventory Manager with a strong hospitality and food & beverage background to manage procurement and inventory operations for our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure cost control.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock audits.
- Handle local supplier sourcing and transfers between outlets.
- Generate purchase reports and inventory analysis using ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B / Hospitality industry.
- Experience in purchase management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of Odoo or Zoho ERP systems is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Candidate must be available for local transfer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
