F&B Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the F&B team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily shift assignments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
