F&B Supervisor (with Bar Operations Expertise)

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor with strong bar operations expertise to oversee daily bar activities, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hotel or nightlife venues, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of UAE alcohol regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations Management

• Oversee daily bar operations, including sales performance, promotions, and special events
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

Staff Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate bar staff
• Maintain high service standards and team discipline

Guest Service & Complaint Handling

• Deliver excellent guest experiences and professionally handle complaints
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service

Sales, Revenue & Upselling

• Drive revenue through upselling strategies and promotional initiatives
• Monitor sales targets and implement improvement plans

Inventory Management

• Conduct daily bar stock checks
• Manage opening and closing inventories
• Control breakage, wastage, and variances

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Follow all hotel/venue SOPs and local authority guidelines

Communication & Reporting

• Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory, and operations
• Coordinate effectively with management and other departments

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure full compliance with UAE alcohol laws and regulations

Requirements

- Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview

- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or Senior Bartender

- Strong bar operations and nightlife or hotel experience

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Sound knowledge of inventory control and cost management

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of UAE alcohol regulations is mandatory

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
