F&B Supervisor (with lounge experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor with lounge experience to oversee daily operations in our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain high standards and lead a dynamic team in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lounge food & beverage operations
• Ensure outstanding guest service and handle VIP guests professionally
• Lead, train and motivate the service team
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
• Previous lounge experience (hotel or premium venue preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
