FE Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Final Expense Trainer to educate and mentor insurance agents on final expense life insurance products, sales techniques, compliance, and client service best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a passion for teaching, and the ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs that drive agent success and policy sales.

• Provide hands-on coaching to agents on sales presentations, overcoming objections, and closing techniques.
• Mentor underperforming agents to improve productivity and confidence.
• Educate agents on final expense product features, underwriting guidelines, carrier differences, and state/federal compliance.
• Ensure all training aligns with legal and regulatory standards.
• Track agent performance post-training to assess effectiveness and identify additional coaching opportunities.
• Provide feedback to leadership on training gaps and agent development needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
