Fellow Senior Delivery Manager - Orphoz

You will work largely in the private sector and concentrate on business change management and you will be owning transformation agenda end-to-end as a thought partner to our clients.

You will be collaborating with clients and McKinsey engagement teams on-site and and creating value by finding performance enhancement areas in client processes and troubleshooting complex issues. You will also support the assessment of client decisions via strategic analysis and feasibility studies and lead capability development efforts of our clients as part of transformational agenda. As part of your role you will support knowledge development efforts on industry trends and latest operations technologies and support McKinsey leadership in exploring new areas to enhance the performance of our clients.

You will be based in our Istanbul office. As part of Orphoz, you will be working closely and in partnership with clients' senior management and their specialist departments.
