Job Overview

Aima By GR Trading Company is looking for a female Assistant to General Manager who is organized, responsible, and proactive. The ideal candidate will support the GM in daily operations, manage coordination, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
• Handle emails, calls, and official communication
• Coordinate with internal teams and staff
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Maintain records and office documentation
• Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA or relevant field preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
• Fresh & experienced both can apply
