Female Academic Coordinator Required (In School Gulistan-E-Jouhar Block-7)

Job Description:

We are looking for Academic Coordinator/ School Incharge

Responsibilities:

• Help with hiring process
• Ensures timely preparation of syllabus, timetable, planners exam papers and schedules.
• Ensures timely and smooth exam conduction and result preparation.
• Responsible for overseeing the school's and office's day-to-day tasks.
• Thoroughly collaborate with teachers, students, and parents on a regular basis.
• Will be responsible for implementing school policies.
• Will be responsible for updation and maintenance of school soft boards and organizing school events.
• Ensure that school operations are well-managed in order to create a smooth functioning of the workplace.
• As assigned, does additional related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Science (BS or Master’s degree)
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience, or teaching experience
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve parents’ and teachers’ concerns effectively.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Firm grasp and understanding of teaching methods and relevant educational procedures

Candidates near Gulistan e Jauhar and Gulshan will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
