  • Job Description – Account Assistant

**Job Title:** Account Assistant

**Location:** Indore, MP

**Reporting To:** Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Job Summary:

The Account Assistant will support the finance and accounts team by handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable.

· Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.

· Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

· Support in monthly/quarterly closing and financial reporting.

· Coordinate with auditors and vendors for accounts-related queries.

· Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in accounting (Fresher with good knowledge can also apply).

Skills:

· Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.

· Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, 6 days working.
Office-based role.

  • Job Description – Tender Executive

**Job Title:** Tender Executive

**Location:** Indore, MP

**Reporting To:** Tender Manager / Business Development Head

Job Summary:

The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders/bids for government and private projects, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Search and identify relevant government/private tenders on portals.

· Prepare tender documentation, technical and financial bids as per requirements.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records of submitted tenders.

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for required documents.

· Track tender status, follow up with authorities, and ensure timely submissions.

· Manage e-tendering portals and online bid submissions.

· Prepare MIS reports for tenders applied and results.

Qualifications:

Graduate (Any Stream, Commerce/Management preferred).
1–3 years of experience in tendering/e-procurement (Freshers with knowledge of e-tender portals may also apply).

Skills:

· Knowledge of GEM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF).

· Strong documentation and analytical skills.

· Ability to work under deadlines.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, 6 days working.
Office-based role, with occasional field visits if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
