Universal Nature Care and Cure Foundation is a well-established organisation. Universal Elder Care a unit of UNCF provide geriatric care , we provide both in-house and home care support for senior citizens and hospitalised persons across Tamil Nadu.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible female Admin and HR Executive to handle daily administrative and human resource functions at our center. The role involves managing office operations, employee records, supporting recruitment, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administrative tasks, filing, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files
- Assist in recruitment, staff onboarding, and training
- Coordinate between departments and support daily operations
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
- Prepare reports, letters, and communicate with management and staff
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Provide a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff

1. Elder Care Administration – Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Elder Care Administrator / Facility Manager
Roles:
- Oversees daily operations of the elder care center/home.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinates staff, residents, families, and external agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor care policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
- Supervise care staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle resident admissions, assessments, and care plans.
- Maintain facility maintenance and safety protocols.
- Ensure medical records and documentation are complete and compliant.
- Address resident and family concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and government bodies.
B. Care Coordinator / Case Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor care progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
- Schedule medical appointments and therapy sessions.
- Maintain resident documentation and care history.
C. Nursing Supervisor / Head Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and daily care routines.
- Ensure medication administration accuracy.
- Conduct health assessments and coordinate medical interventions.
- Monitor infection control and safety standards.
- Train caregivers on proper clinical practices.
D. Support Services Supervisor (Housekeeping, Kitchen, Transport)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure hygiene and cleaning protocols are followed.
- Oversee food service planning for nutrition and dietary needs.
- Coordinate resident transportation for appointments or outings.
- Monitor maintenance and repair tasks.
2. Human Resources in Elder Care – Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. HR Manager / HR Officer
Roles:
- Manage the workforce to support high-quality elder care.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & hiring of caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Conduct background checks and credential verification.
- Develop and implement HR policies (attendance, conduct, safety).
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Organize onboarding, training, and continuous professional development.
- Evaluate staff performance and manage appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, workplace safety, and care standards.
- Promote employee well-being and retention strategies.
B. HR Training & Development Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Create training programs (elder care standards, emergency procedures, dementia care, etc.).
- Track caregiver certifications and continuing education.
- Conduct workshops for communication, compassion, and patient handling.
- Ensure new staff orientation is completed.
C. HR Compliance & Documentation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel files, employment contracts, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with elder care regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare audit documentation for accreditation or inspections.
- Track vaccination requirements, health screening, and background checks.
D. HR Scheduling & Workforce Planner
Responsibilities:
- Develop caregiver and nurse shift schedules.
- Manage leave requests while ensuring adequate coverage.
- Coordinate backup staffing and overtime approvals.
- Monitor staffing ratios per care standards.
Salary
Rs 12000 to Rs 25000 per month plus incentives
