Female Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage calendars.
  • Assist with HR and finance-related admin tasks (leave records, petty cash, invoices, etc.).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and service providers.
  • Support management and team members with day-to-day requirements.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and maintain office supplies.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude with a positive and flexible approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
