Female Admin Officer

Position Summary:
The Academic Coordinator / Admin Member will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of academic operations. This role requires close coordination with teachers and management to ensure effective curriculum implementation, teacher training, adherence to academic policies, and smooth day-to-day functioning. The candidate must be highly organized, proactive, observant, and tech-savvy, with strong follow-up and implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute academic calendars, lesson plans, timetables, and assessments
  • Monitor syllabus completion and academic quality
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and follow-up
  • Coordinate, mentor, and train teachers
  • Ensure implementation of academic rules, regulations, and policies
  • Support discipline, compliance, and internal academic reviews
  • Use LMS/ERP and digital tools for academic tracking and reporting
  • Act as a link between management and teaching staff

Required Skills

  • Strong planning, observation, and follow-up skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to implement policies firmly and fairly
  • Tech-savvy (LMS, ERP, MS Excel/Google Workspace)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of teaching or academic coordination experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
