Finance & Admin Oficer

Role Overview
The Finance Associate will assist the Finance Department in financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll support, and invoice management. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and looking to grow their career in finance while gaining exposure to company-wide financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable including vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reporting.
  • Support in budget tracking, expense analysis, and financial documentation.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and Excel-based analysis as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and other departments on finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and standard accounting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance operations.
  • 1 year or up to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
