Finance Associate

Job Summary

Telerelation is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting core accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proficiency in financial software tools, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. This role emphasizes precision, analytical thinking, and collaboration with the accounting team to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support payroll processing, including data entry, payroll calculations, and tax filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CA.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
