About the Role

We are seeking a female administrator with excellent English communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to join our school’s administrative team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and communications
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
  • Handle student and staff records, attendance logs, and filing systems
  • Support management with scheduling, coordination, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and visitors in fluent English
  • Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proven administrative or secretarial experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
