The Opportunity

This is a 100% commission-based role offering uncapped earning potential. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record, we provide the platform, administrative support, and marketing tools to help you close deals faster and maximize your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Actively source, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Property Showings: Conduct professional property viewings and present real estate opportunities to clients effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process between parties and confidently close sales and leasing deals.
• Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and legal compliance.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, developers, and landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of active experience in the real estate market (local market experience is highly preferred).
• Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this specific position.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Drive: A strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and highly resilient.
• Mobility: A valid UAE driver’s license and own car is a strong advantage.
