JOB PURPOSE: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide comprehensive anesthesia services for surgical procedures, with primary focus on OB/GYN and obstetric cases.
Manage general anesthetic requirements across a range of specialties as needed.
Ability and experience to handle high-risk and emergency obstetric cases with confidence and sound clinical judgment.
Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
Work collaboratively with Multi-disciplinary team.
Contribute to quality improvement, safety standards, and clinical excellence within the department.

Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years post-specialization experience, with the most recent 3–4 years in a busy private hospital setting In UAE
Ability to handle diverse general anesthetic procedures.
Advanced expertise in Obstetrics & Gynecology Anesthesia management, including complex and high-risk cases an added advantage

Education:
MD Anesthesiology
Candidates with Western Board Certification well regarded.
Arabic language proficiency is highly desired.
Strong decision-making and crisis management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach.
Valid DHA license/eligibility is essential – Consultant or Specialist
