Position: Female Barista

Role Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, tables, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management (beans, milk, syrups, pastries, etc.).
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers.
• Assist with training new team members when required.
• Upsell products and promote seasonal or specialty items.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service preferred (training may be provided).
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift and carry items up to 15 kg (e.g., milk cartons, coffee bags).
• Perform repetitive tasks such as grinding, tamping, steaming, and pouring.

Must Have:

• Valid QID
• Food Handling Certificate
• Previous experience as a Barista

Salary: 2800QR (Full Package)
