Experience: 5+ years (preferably 3 years in Qatar)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of coffee preparation, café operations, and customer service, with at least 5+ years of barista experience including 3 years in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of barista experience, with at least 3 years in Qatar (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Must be available to join immediately with transferable visa/NOC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,360.00 - QAR2,650.00 per month
