Barista cum Waiter

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station and equipment.
• Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and report shortages.
• Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Educate customers on the coffee menu and make recommendations when needed.

Waiter Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and drink orders, and deliver them accurately and promptly.
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained throughout service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints quickly and courteously.
• Process payments via cash or POS systems.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as needed.
