Job Description – Female Waitress (Bakery & French Cuisine)

Position Overview:
The waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a bakery and French cuisine setting. She will ensure that guests enjoy a welcoming, efficient, and professional dining experience while upholding the restaurant’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain bakery items and French cuisine dishes, and make recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve bakery products, pastries, and French cuisine dishes with proper presentation and attention to detail.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
• Assist guests with menu inquiries, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Process billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest’s dining experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a waitress in a bakery, café, or French cuisine restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bakery items, pastries, and French cuisine dishes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,000.00 per month
