Commis- Hot Kitchen

We are seeking a motivated Commis – Hot Kitchen to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and ready to support our chefs in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot food items
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hot kitchen area
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries

Requirements:

• Basic culinary training or prior kitchen experience (preferred)
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of basic food safety standards
