Commis- Pastry

We are looking for a passionate Commis – Pastry to join our pastry kitchen. You will assist in preparing, baking, and finishing pastries, desserts, and baked goods, while learning from experienced pastry chefs and developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and other baked items
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily pastry operations
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with stock control and receiving supplies

Requirements:

• Basic culinary or pastry training (preferred)
• Passion for baking and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
