At Wooderful Life Qatar, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s an experience. We are looking for an energetic, skilled, and customer-focused Barista to bring our beverages to life and create memorable moments for every guest.

About the Role:
As a Barista at Wooderful Life Qatar, you will be the heart of our café, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll ensure that every cup we serve meets our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency, and that every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to our exacting standards.
- Greet, serve, and engage with customers warmly, building positive relationships.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and seating area at all times.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations with accuracy.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and replenishment of supplies. Support teammates in busy periods and contribute to a positive team spirit.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous barista experience preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak hours.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
