Female Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barista station and dining area.
• Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow company recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Transferable 18 Visa (Kuwait).
• Ready to join immediately.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD275.000 - KD300.000 per month
