Barista

Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications.

* Operate coffee and brewing equipment with accuracy and care.

* Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

* Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

* Restock and rotate products and supplies as needed.

* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help out wherever needed.

Requirements

* Previous barista or customer service experience

* Passion for coffee and people.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
