Job description

Role Purpose

• The Barista will be responsible for delivering outstanding Beverage/ Food service to all clients visiting the Spa and assisting the operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all guest with a smile, anticipate and address guests' service needs as well as thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and neat work environment by following the hygiene and sanitation regulations and ensure that all utensils are clean.
• Describe the Food/ Beverage menu to customers and suggest items that might appeal to them.
• Make and serve food and beverage to clients while promoting a professional appearance and clean uniform.
• Ensure complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while enlightening guest in these areas.
• Perform inventory, replenish and merchandise stock.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service that encourages positive customer feedback and sales.
• Report and Manage an effective maintenance program for all coffee machines and bar related equipment.
• Conduct daily inspection on expired Food and Beverage products in the shop.
• Report to Supervisor/ team Leader regarding any occurrences involving damaged equipment/ incidents across the Spa.
• Follows SOP’s for quality service and municipality regulations.

Qualifications

• College Diploma.
• Min. 1 year experience in F&B industry.
• Fluent in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼2,750.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Barista: 2 years (Required)
