Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in the Riyadh Region. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the workstation, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing food preparation tasks, and ensuring a seamless café experience for all guests. Collaboration with team members to maintain quality service and efficiency is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Barista skills and experience in preparing and serving beverages.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming experience.
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation practices is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with café operations
