Female Boutique / Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations efficiently and professionally.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a high-end shopping experience.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with senior management.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management (fashion, jewelry, or luxury retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven background in sales performance and customer experience management.
• Well-groomed, presentable appearance suitable for a premium retail environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business objectives.
