Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development & Recruitment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in Arabic or Tagalog
• English is mandatory
• Valid & transferable Iqama

• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals
• Experience in a target-driven environment
