This role requires a dedicated individual who can anticipate needs, manage various aspects of household operations, and provide seamless support to the principal and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily household operations, ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Provide personalized service to the principal, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and assisting with personal errands as required.
• Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay, including managing luggage, offering refreshments, and coordinating activities.
• Plan, organize, and execute formal and informal events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including setting tables, serving meals, and managing catering staff if applicable.
• Manage wardrobe and personal effects, including packing and unpacking for travel, organizing closets, and coordinating dry cleaning and tailoring services.
• Handle all household inventory, including groceries, toiletries, and supplies, ensuring items are stocked and properly stored.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors (e.g., cleaners, gardeners, maintenance personnel) to ensure timely and high-quality service, overseeing their work as needed.
• Manage household budgets and expenses, maintaining accurate records and reporting to the principal.
• Ensure the security and privacy of the principal and the residence at all times, exercising utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Anticipate the needs of the principal and guests, providing thoughtful and proactive service without being intrusive.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and service standards for a luxury private residence.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain immediate areas of use.
